2 Thessalonians 3:16
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.Paul ends the book of Thessalonians with a prayer of hope and comfort for the church, now the Lord of peace-Jesus Christ. The same title is given to Him as to the Father, "the GOD of peace"; give you peace, a part of Himself to you. God has emptied Himself to provide for you peace and comfort. Right in the middle of the verse Paul prays that this peace be given ALWAYS never changing, never broken, by all means. Where ever you are at, in all the circumstances that arise in our lives, in every place we find ourselves in may the Lord of Peace find you and fill you with His peace and comfort.
And if that’s not enough Paul prays that the Lord of peace Himself be with you. Invite and allow the peace and presence of God to be with you today.
