Focus 40 - Day 1

Zechariah 2:5 tells us that the Lord will be the wall around Jerusalem. He also tells us that this wall will be one made of fire …“a Wall of Fire”.


There are many types of walls:
Small ones made out of white picked fencing that indicate property lines. Chain link fences that keeps children safe as they play under a shade trees. And 6 foot block walls that protect your home from un-authorized guests. But none of these walls give 100 % protection for they are made of earthly things.


The Lord wants to let you know that he will be your protection and that he is your “wall of Fire” and all the protection that you need.


As you begin this journey of prayer and fasting, pray for God’s protection over you and your family. As he promised Jerusalem, so he promises you to be your protection and “Wall of Fire”.
