Therefore thus says the Lord GOD:
“ Behold, I lay in Zion a stone for a foundation,
A tried stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation;
This past year the NEWS channels were reporting natural disasters from one end of the United States to the other.
In California we had several areas hit with wild fires, in the Mid West and the East we saw flooding; in each case houses were destroyed the only thing that was left was their foundation.
The storms of life bring disasters, loss of a job, the report of a doctor about health issues, and the loss of a loved one. Each of these can rock the foundation of our life, but not destroy it, for our FOUNDATION is Jesus. He is a “tried stone” He knows what you are experiencing, He’s been through it, He is a “precious stone” He is worth more than gold or silver. He is un-shakeable, un-moveable, and un-distroyable. He is a sure foundation.
